Kalavik – Integrative Nutrition & Clinical Research

Effective Date: 25 Feb 2026

1. Scope of Services

Kalavik provides nutritional therapy, health coaching, and research-informed advisory services, delivered online and in person.

Services may include:

  • Personalised nutrition guidance

  • Health coaching sessions

  • Educational workshops

  • Research-informed advisory consultations

  • Written protocols and structured materials

  • Supplement sales

 

Kalavik does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or regulated healthcare services.

 

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

By engaging Kalavik’s services, the client confirms they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

3. Nature of Professional Relationship

Services provided by Kalavik:

  • Do not replace licensed medical care

  • Do not constitute medical diagnosis

  • Are not emergency healthcare services

 

Clients are responsible for seeking licensed medical evaluation where necessary.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

4.1 Single Sessions

Must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment.

 

4.2 Session Packages

Must be paid before commencement.
Instalment arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Packages are non-refundable.
Unused sessions remain accessible to the client without expiration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

In cases of:

  • Late cancellation

  • Cancellation within 24 hours

  • No-show

 

A rescheduling opportunity may be granted at the practitioner’s discretion.

Repeated scheduling abuse may result in forfeiture at Kalavik’s discretion.

 

6. Digital Delivery & Technical Requirements

For online services:

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.

  • Kalavik is not liable for client-side technical failures.

 

Sessions are not recorded unless explicit prior consent is obtained.

 

7. Communication Policy

Clients are welcome to communicate between sessions:

  • Monday to Sunday

  • 10:00 to 20:00

 

Responses are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

 

Communication outside scheduled sessions:

  • Does not replace structured consultation

  • Does not constitute emergency support

  • Is subject to practitioner discretion

 

Kalavik does not provide emergency or crisis services.

 

8. Supplement Sales & Product Policy

Kalavik may sell supplements directly to clients.

  • Products are refundable only if unopened and in original condition.

  • Opened products are non-refundable.

  • Clients assume responsibility for product storage and use once delivered.

 

Kalavik is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:

  • Improper use

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Independent combination with other products

 

Where third-party product links are provided:

  • No commission is received

  • Kalavik is not responsible for third-party product quality, shipping, or claims

 

9. Workshops & Group Services

Workshops may be rescheduled in cases including insufficient participant registration.

Participants will be informed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, workshop cancellations result in rescheduling rather than automatic refund.

10. Ethical Scope & Right to Refuse Service

Kalavik reserves the right to:

  • Refuse services outside its professional scope

  • Refer clients to licensed healthcare professionals

  • Terminate services where expectations exceed the nature of nutritional therapy or coaching

 

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Disclose relevant medical history

  • Take responsibility for health-related decisions

  • Seek medical supervision where appropriate

 

Kalavik is not responsible for outcomes influenced by incomplete disclosure or independent client action.

 

12. Educational & Research Content

Educational materials, workshops, and published content are informational.

They do not constitute personalised advice unless delivered within a private consultation.

Use of anonymised case material occurs only with explicit written consent.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Kalavik remain the intellectual property of Kalavik.

Materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without written permission.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kalavik’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

Kalavik is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Health outcomes influenced by external factors

  • Decisions made independently by the client

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

 

15. Force Majeure

Kalavik is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Technical failures

  • Internet disruptions

 

Where possible, services will be rescheduled.

 

16. Electronic Communication Consent

By engaging services, clients consent to communication via electronic means, including email and messaging platforms.

While reasonable safeguards are applied, clients acknowledge inherent risks in digital communication.

 

17. Termination

Kalavik may terminate services where:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Professional boundaries are violated

  • Misuse of services occurs

 

Clients may discontinue services at any time; purchased packages remain non-refundable.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Spanish courts.
